I did rotate the actual bracket but it didn't push the tire out enough for me to close the hatch. But with the bracket extension, it worked perfectly so no two handed closes on the back hatch anymore.
True, but I worked as a car salesperson at one point (a very lowly point actually) and I know sometimes they don't always have things for later modeled vehicles. I guess all I can do is actually go to a dealership and ask. I don't think it would hurt anything either. I just figured having the...
That's what I thought but all the shops around here have told me the locale dealerships won't touch a lifted vehicle...that's the only reason i was looking for one o_o
Bleh I must have read that wrong =\
I am not looking for gaining anything. Just something I can reprogram the computer for the tires so my speedometer and odometer reflect the driving. Nothing too fancy. Just something that will help me not to get pulled over.
I am sure you can paint the mesh any color you want if you took the right steps. Like applying a primer to both sides of the mesh and then go over it with he color you want. But what I want to know is if anyone used a bed liner spray to put on the mesh and THEN colored it to keep it from...
Using the measurements. For instance with my lift I know my max tire size was 31". But I went with 265/75 for the look which is a 31.6" tire. so to figure out how bad I would rub, without spacers, I calculated it out with the measurements of the inside and using the tire calculator to figure...
Yeah that's what i've been finding through my research. I might just have to save up for the programmer so I can change things for the tire size and stuff. O well thanx for the help.
Yeah that's where I am finding it difficult to find one for the Liberty. I've read people on here having them but have no idea which ones they used. Im almost curious if they used a Cherokee one since I hear the Liberty is very similar to the Cherokee. I just really need to reprogram the CPU...
Yeah but mind you, I did the trail BEFORE my upgrades. They were suppose to be on it already but the lift kit didn't make it in time. So I was riding stock, prolly with sagged springs, on 235/65's but with the 2.5" lift and 265/75's I shouldn't come close to touching anything lol
But skid...
I just had it cleaned on Monday. Tuesday and today it rained and I live on 4 miles of dirt/sand road so it's almost impossible to keep it clean underneath.
As far as the pinch, I think it was done when I was doing China Wall Trail here in Colorado and I think a rock slipped from the tires I...
Thanx and yeah I knew I had a code for a failing sensor but i didn't know the entire thing was freakin missing lol. I'll have to get a vid of the sound from the muffler at some point. It's not overly loud, but it's noticeable and gives her a nice purr. She has a nice lil attitude now ^_^
I've read a few people with the Superchips in their Jeep but I am having a hard time finding the right one for my 04 Libby. Anyone care to chime in so I know roughly how much it will cost?
