2.5" Center Inlet, 2.5" Offset Outlet.
I mounted the hella's on some 1 3/4" x 3/16" flat-stock steel. Had to put a little offset and a twist in them, and then used 1/2" hardware (bolt, lock/fender/square washers) to secure it.
As for the tip it has just enough clearance all the way...
Just the muffler welded in the stock location with the flange removed, and a 3.5" tip I put on.

The black on black looks good, especially with the polished lip. Nice simple look, not tacky at all. 22's almost seem a little big, wonder what 20's would look like.
I'm not sure on the rubbing, probably have some contact with the pinch weld though.
I was considering those tires, I saw them at the tire shop last time I was there. They look really good in person.
Does the light still turn on in the dash when you press the on/off button?
You can check the cruise control cable on the throttle body linkage. Looking at the engine bay, it's on the left side of the TB, behind the air silencer (big plastic box that says 3.7l etc.). There should be two...

I would hate to see it go. I went to Camp Jeep '04 with my ex-gf and test drove a KJ on the off road course. That was one of the main reasons that I bought my KJ. I plan on attending it if they have it again next year, it's a really good time.
