    Electrical issue

Check your IOD fuse. These are usually removed prior to shipping so that there aren't any draws on the battery like internal lights, radio, etc. It is in the PDC under the hood. It should have a plastic housing around the fuse. See if it is in the up position.

    No Bus Message - ERRGG

The BUS is the communication network that the modules and other components of the vehicle use to communicate with each other. Numerous things can cause a NO BUS message. You could have a blown fuse, BUS wires shorted together, a faulty component like a bad cluster or radio, etc. I have...

Problem Changing Fluid in Transfer Case

Nice!! I've only had to warranty 2 so far with the Matco guy.:D I guess that I should have posted why you do not heat the plug with a torch. The plug will expand, and destroy the aluminum threads when you remove it. Then, instead of just replacing a plug, you now need a case half.#-o

Problem Changing Fluid in Transfer Case

Here is another idea, and this is what I do. I use either a T45 or T50 3/8 drive torx bit socket(can't remember as it's been a while since I ran across this) and tap it into the plug with a hammer. The teeth of the torx bit grab the steel of the plug and just use a 3/8 ratchet to remove the...

    04 Liberty Rear Diff

It sounds like you don't have any backlash between the ring and pinion. When replacing the ring and pinion, you must first install the pinion and bearings, then crush the crush sleeve until you obtain the proper rotating torque. Next, you install your carrier with new ring gear, and use the side...

    P0306 Cylinder 6 Misfire Problems

That is what will happen. All of the electrical tests will pass with flying colors, but the injector pintle will not fully seat inside the injector and the injector will have a constant fuel leak into the cylinder and create a misfire.

    Rear bearing? or something else

    P0306 Cylinder 6 Misfire Problems

I have replaced a lot of fuel injectors on the earlier KJs to fix misfires. It is kind of a common thing.

You have been misinformed. Cylinder #6 is the rear cylinder on the passenger side.

    throttle cutting out

+1. Most of the time when you get a problem like you are describing, the internal resistor strip in the TPS is worn, or sometimes the 5V supply wire or ground wire at the TPS start to break from flexing and cause the same issue. You will get a TPS voltage high DTC if this is the case. Or you...

    Differential Fluid Question

I always use brake cleaner to clean diffs. That is pretty much standard practice.
