    Who has the highest milage?

How about 30,716 miles on a 06? We just sold our car so we'll be putting more miles on the Rennie. We've been retired for 4 years now so going to work hasn't been cranking on the miles.

    Lower control arm bolt '02

I had the same problem when doing my lift. I found grade 10.9 bolts at this Industrial hardware store. I walked in and started drooling uncontrollably. Metric hardware, fab parts, lots of 4 foot pieces of steel stock, metric taps, dies. A real hardware store. Not one barbeque or water heater in...

    Tires

Looks like a good AT tire to me. If you aren't working you get h\what you can. I'm leaning toward a set of these because they come with lifetime balance, road hazard and tread wear warantees. They are made by Goodyear.

    home made rear spring isolator

TAHOE I agree 100% but OP was asking about building something without spending $45 so just replying to his questions. ok, I think you could mold yourself some spacers using the original isolators but I think it would be cheaper to buy the ready made units from the parts supplier. I...

    home made rear spring isolator

Rear isolators are made out of hard rubber. A material around the shop would most likely cause noise at the least. They "isolate" the metal spring from other hard surfaces. I paid 12 bucks a piece plus freight from an online parts house(only needed to add one per side). A couple of days of ramen...
