    I would have thought that the bolt and the inner metal tube of the bushing should have no movement relative to each other, so that the movement of the LCA up and down causes the rubber to twist. Otherwise if the bush turned on the bolt it would cause wear.

    I lost a key and just made a flat on each side of the lug with a grinder and got it off with a spanner.

    I don't think there is a problem with the calipers, they would be getting very hot if there was a problem, my wife's taxi driver style of drivig probably doesn't help. Also you would have to see it to believe it, but the number of speed bumps in Mexico City is incredible.

    2002 Sport has 38,000 miles, but check this, my 2003 Ltd has 13,000 miles. When I bought it last July it had 2,700 miles.

    I wonder what will happen here in Mexico, there are heaps of Jeeps here. I could count at least 50 Liberty sightings a day, no exageration.

    I think the OEM pads are pretty good, they lasted longer thn EBC. The only trouble is they cost 3 times the price at the stealership. I don't think the EBC's braked any better either. Maybe a Canadian here knows the Power Parts pads, they cost me about $45.

    At least changing the pads is a lot easier than changing the oil, ha ha. Especially with the heavy duty cooling which prevents removing the filter from the top.

    Did my 4th "pad slap" today at 62,000km (38,500 miles) on the original rotors. The last set were EBC supreme, they were on the metal at 16,000km (10,000 miles). That's about average for all 4 sets, minus the originals which lasted 20,000km (12,400 miles). The 2nd and 3rd sets were also OEM...

    I think that is answered in the "OME Spring Specs." sticky. The OME light load spring is 350lb, whereas the stock is 310lbs.
