    I've only got 93, 000km (58, 000 miles) and I've got something clicking. Only happens after about an hour of driving (once the grease is warmed up I'm guessing) and when coasting at very low speed.

    Check engine light/misfire after radiator hose replacement

    Turn the ignition on-off-on-off-on without starting the engine. That will give you the obd code in the odometer display. It will be a P followed by 4 digits. Look up the code and that will tell you were to start looking.

    The system bleeds itself with the small tube that runs from the top of the radiator to the expansion tank. If you look at the top of the tank you can see the coolant running in. I just drained mine yesterday to replace the coolant. Unless you are going to flush the system with distilled water...
