    THEre are PIRATEs in the BAY who have copies of the entire adobe collection including premiere pro to edit videos (which completely taxes my pc with an e6550 {2.3ghz dual core}, 2gb ram, and a decent video card that makes Warcraft look great).

    ditto. if your jeep has a tape player you can get a cheap tape adapter and that will sound good, but that or an expensive interface are the only ways you will have decent sound quality with the factory head unit and a phone/mp3 player.

    paint.net It is free and once you use it for 30 minutes it is actually fun and much MUCH easier to use than photoshop, though photoshop can do more once you learn it.
