Any drawbacks to 2.5" coil lift?
I still think the "rollover risk" isn't increased much, if any, with Rusty's kit. But, as I've said before, I'm not in any hurry. My ride definitely feels more stable than when I bought it but, it was used so maybe my shocks and struts were already failing. only had 21,000m on it but, it also...- K Dje Ryu

Thinking of moving from XJ to KJ - my plans inside...
As for the lift, I can say without a doubt, it is a wise choice for a 3.7. If it were for a CRD I'd suggest an OME or Frankenlift (maybe). If you can swing the extra $$, I'd go with the OME for either, but that's just me, probably.- K Dje Ryu

Programming an additional key FOB
Do you by any chance have any other alarms that need to be cleared, maybe? I only ask because I tried shutting off the seat belt alarm on my '05 but, I have a bad TPS that is blocking my attempts to do so, I think, so the seat belt "ding" won't go away.- K Dje Ryu

inside lights turned on?
The center dome light (above the back seat) hasn't shut off on mine since I bought it. I pulled the lamp out of it after having my kj for two days. No dead battery but, it was annoying.- K Dje Ryu

Flat Towing Question.

I feel safe now! But, I just installed the K3199s today! BTW, I still don't know how some of you guys can do a job like that in 3 hours. The first lift took about 15 hours; 9 to take it off, put on Rusty's and change out the upper arms; and almost 7 today to change out the LBJs and LCAs. I...- K Dje Ryu
