    what year body parts interchange

Besides, then you can pull all sorts of spare parts from the motor that'll still be fine. I'd keep the tranny too if it's in decent shape. Pretty sure we've got a jersey jeeper on here that's got a trailer you could probably rent from him to save money. Just buy him a 30 rack and see if there's...

    what year body parts interchange

It'll be a lot easier going with the 07. And even with towing, it'll still probably come out cheaper.

Rivets for rear brake backing plates

I remember seeing a parking brake how to, where I'm pretty sure the guy was able to replace these without pulling the axles. But to me sounds like the perfect time to change out your differential fluid, pull the axles, check axle bearings, gears, parking brake shoes, etc.

    Engine Rebuild advice

Pretty much my exact thought have been stated above. With those problems it's undoubtedly going to cost you more money to rebuild it than to find a salvageable motor. Rebuilds are pricey but worth it if you have the dough. But, if you want the cheapest method, get a salvageable motor out of a...

Did you disconnect the battery before you unplugged the connector? If not, probably just codes that need cleared. If you have to stay on the gas to keep it unning, it's likely running lean. Could've probably saved yourself a few steps and parts if you tested the connector first.. I mean...

Why don't you just test to see if the wires have continuity....voltage test them. You already have the connector off so you're halfway there...

    RIP Jeepy 2004-2014

Also. Nice choice on the truck, tacomas wouldn't be my choice, but I'm not going to knock anyone who chooses one. Reliable and long lasting choice there. Plus. I dig the bumper.
