Cooling fan works intermittently
Did you get it muddy? One solution to relays is to take the cover off and clean it. Let it dry and put it back in... that is only what i, the redneck shade tree mechanic would do, and only if it is put through the mud a lot. I am by no means an expert.- trent.brown

overheating
To reitterate what dude said, If you are overheating while driving down the highway, the vehicle moving will push enough air through the radiator ruling out your fan. So if its not overheating while you are stopped, the fan is probably doing its job. My guess would be a faulty thermostat...- trent.brown

Just took mine apart today and instead of the window bracket being broken like common on the back, I had the same problem as you. I used the same solution, 100 mph tape and glue. I wrapped the glue with a shop towel and pretty much layered it into a cast. Thanks for letting me know how to fix...- trent.brown

I went with the cheaper ones but still metal for the rear. I think i got them off amazon but they worked like a charm and cost $45 for two of them instead of $90 for one.- trent.brown

Ordered new window brackets from amazon for the passenger front one that broke yesterday. I went ahead with both front ones since the backs are metal now. The guy called me and suggested I replace them with the new mopar design and save 25 bucks since he hasn't had any problems with them and...- trent.brown
