    Receiver hitch front bumper

Hey DRS, the liberty will be great on the beach! Unfortunately, there aren't any bumpers with a hitch receiver built in (that I'm aware of). You could get one built but that is $$$. I think the best option would be having a front mount hitch installed, relatively simple and cheap.

What did you do to your jeep today?

Yea, it's in my sig. I'll take a look at the pressure sensor next time I'm under there, considering it's 16yo, it needs that to be checked at the least. The leak definitely looks like it's coming from the shifter linkage on the driver's side. That side of the pan is "clean" from the ATF...

Ok, which one of you geniuses did this?

I think that guy was on here a while ago asking how to take it back to stock height. Daily driving those 60" tractor tires is tough.

What did you do to your jeep today?

Oil change. Also replaced the sway bar end-link lower bolts. I had a temporary set of grade 10 bolts in there because the dealership couldn't get the bolts to me before our cross-country move/road trip. Couldn't believe how bad they had corroded, took a good minute to break those nuts loose...

    Help! MBRP Exhaust drone?

Is it on the highway that the droning is bad, or is it an all the time type of thing? Hate to say it, but it's only as loud as your engine revs are high. It's been said before that the stock exhaust is the best exhaust available for the Liberty.

What did you do to your jeep today?

No, that was somewhat before my time. I had called her Marshmallow for a long time, and when my wife and I started dating, she told me that it needed an actual name, because she wasn't going to call the Jeep Marshmallow. We settled on Mindy because she has a mind of her own.

What did you do to your jeep today?

Gave Mindy her quarterly wash and detail. While cleaning the interior, I pulled up the 4wd lever and discovered that it had zero tension on it. I used my 4wd on Tuesday for about 4 hours and had no issues disengaging 4wd. The cable looks ok, as does the eyelet on the end, but there is nothing...

What did you do to your jeep today?

You could go break something on one of your Jeeps! Easy enough to do on the right trail! Happy Birthday Tom!

What did you do to your jeep today?

OUCH! Did you keep the kangaroo for the meat? :happy175: I clipped a deer not too long ago and it broke the fender tabs and my headlight assembly. Been waiting to fix it, along with a few other things. Guess you'll be needing some new fender tabs, any idea of which ones are the best...

    Spartan Locker

Just wanted to chime in on the locker conversation. I've had f/r ARB for 5 years now. They are excellent and have never let me down. When my water pump failed in Moab I couldn't turn on 4wd b/c of overheating; the only thing that got me off that trail was the rear locker. I typically leave...

    42in light bar

They sure are not cheap. The MSRP on that is more than I'm paying for the new (used) front bumper. Maybe in time, or if we have a bumper season at the farm, I'll be able to afford it. What would you let it go for?

    42in light bar

Solid ideas Myke. Hadn't ever thought about one in the hitch, it'd be really easy to do, and removable. I'm going to be putting on a new front bumper when WickedBruce gets his new one all finished up. It's RL, and I'm not sure if he'll include the lights that are on it or not. If not, or...

    Gas Tank capacity.

If I recall correctly, the tank was a 110L (29gal) and it fit in the same space as the stock tank. I looked around on the interwebs but did not come across it. When I filled up yesterday the gas light was on, and I put 15.5gal in there. I've definitely put it 18gal before, which as...

    42in light bar

Installing that light bar was a solid upgrade and has made my life a lot easier. I actually just put a new one on with the new license plate as the old one (3years) was starting to lose LEDs. $20 well spent. The great thing about this light is that the holes match the license plate holes...

What did you do to your jeep today?

Oil change this morning before the world cup. Viva la France!! Also priced out pads and a few other things for the brake job, rotors are good but I'm contemplating getting new shoes. Gonna get everything next weekend when Napa is having their bucket sale here in South Portland, 20% off.

    Gas Tank capacity.

As a dumb, and broke, college student, I would regularly get 30 miles after the EVIC said zero. I wasn't aware that keeping it full is the best protocol in winter, noted. If it had a 25, or even 30, gallon tank that would be amazing. I've seen the extra capacity tanks for sale in AUS, but...
