See no problem,other than remove the FILL plug first to be certain that you can refill after draining fluid. Have you recently done anything with rear drive ass. ? Removed wheels,painted them,brakes,shocks,etc..
Seems someone did the medium duty springs and thought it was too mushy. If you go through the "lift" threads,say in 2008-2009 maybe earlier I think you can find it. Just about every combo is in there.
Have no idea why he left stock bumper on if that is real. I mounted a TJ bumper and mounted a 12500lbs winch to front of mine by using the D-ring thread for inspiration.

Liberty will preform well with 245/75/16. Would plan on pounding pinch weld,just to be sure. A shock/spring lift is the way to go. 10,000 threads on them. Had a Frankenlift,worked well.Quick and easy install being it's big selling point to me.
