If possible, set your air compressor regulator to a really low pressure and connect the air hose to a line. Then do the soap test as mentioned. Squeak that won't go away
What are the chances this could be coming from the upper control arms? They don't appear to be bad. Everything is nice and tight when you grab the top of the tire and try to move it in and out.
