The compressor clutch does not engage . The ac pro can shows it in the red . The low limit switch shows 11v out of the plug . Jumping it did not engage the clutch. The compressor plug has 14v coming out of the harness . I have checked the fuse and swapped the relay under the hood .

I did do the paper clip into the ( female ) harness connector with alligator clips clamping the probe to the clip . I will rig up a lead to the battery and give it another shot just to help eliminate an error in connection . ... I hate wires

Looks like no voltage getting there . meter read 12.45 on the battery so it is working . I see no exposed wires all the way up to the point were the harness meets and goes into the body .
