Rustys lift kit
Yes you can get them to work but, it takes more work and money! 245/75/16's would be a lot less problems. If gas mileage is a not concern, plan on 12-14 mpg. with the 235/85/16's, more torque and power loss, rear bump stops for the spring perch and an extra pair of rear upper spring...- KJ04

CV boot trouble
This has to be a first, I've never heard of such a problem on the Rusty's coil lift. The only complaints seem to be with Rusty's rear shocks. Did you install it or someone else?- KJ04

Lift Kit?
Ditto on the Rusty's, I might add however, that the rear shocks for the kit are less than desireable and most people order the kit minus the rear shocks and use Rancho RSX 17004's which have a better fit and ride for the application. Rusty Lift Kit Shock/Strut Replacement
Warranty issues with the rear springs is straight BULL $HIT! So the spring is gonna break and crumble up because you didn't use his junk rear shocks??? You guys can just buy his springs, and get your own struts and shocks elsewhere ya know.- KJ04

best 2.5 spacer lift
Eddo, he asked about a spacer lift, not a coil lift. By all means, disregard Rusty's spacer lift! The RRO 2.125" Combo is a very dependable spacer lift, just add a 3/8" Clevis lift to the front and you're about 2.75" to level the front out to match the rear 2.5". A new set of Rancho H.D...- KJ04

rusty's strut spacer lift ?
Don't do it, or the RRO Budget lift, you'll be sorry. Look into the RRO 2.125" Combo for a spacer lift, no problems with it. If you want to spend a little more go with the Rusty's coil lift.- KJ04

The Nut on the upper ball joint should be removed, then hit the top edge of the spindle with a heavy 2 1/2-3lb. hammer to break the ball joint loose. Then remove the lower swaybar link nut and bolt. Sounds like you need to do more research on lifts. Replacing the Rough Country with the Rusty's OTT is just asking for more headaches down the road. Why not just get a pair of Rusty's front coils and a set of his 1/4 strut pates and a pair of Rancho struts and be done, with a far superior...- KJ04

Was I "taken" at the stealership???????????
Do it yourself! Yes your hands will get dirty but, you'll save 90-95% of that $300.00. Just get a plastic hand pump from the auto parts store that screws on the top of the gallon gear oil jug. You can even use regular dino gear oil from Walmart for $6.99 a gal. and save even more.- KJ04
