REALLY upset!! Thinking about selling my Liberty
Some of you speaketh of GM, try owning a late 90's GM with the wonderful orange DEXCLOG!!!! I'm in the middle of changin out the lower intake gaskets now. Wow, now that was a wonderful invention for them.... to gouge the owner with 500-1000 or more worth of gasket repairs cause of that crap...- TAHOE

I like the looks of those Cooper SST's. Hey TBJ, aren't you getting new tires in spring, may buy your old ones if you do. And yeah, your POC went downhill fast didn't it ...:D Bet you could get a rubber mallet at dollar store or Big lots for cheap, cut in half, drill hole through them for bumpstop.- TAHOE

I Got the Tahoe cause I needed a 4x4 family vehicle with a V8 for my pulling needs, which tops in @ a little over 7K #'s. I used good ole Dino in my Firebird and Tahoe ( old dogs) 5W30 mobil 5000, get a 5 guart jug for $12 @ the World, and Valvoline full synthetic in the Libby, 5W30 @ world for $21 for 5 guarts and $5.99 for a Purolator Pure 1 filter. 235/76-16 Toyo Open Country A/T Review
I have 285/75's on my Tahoe and have liked them so far. They do well on dry, in rain, and not too shabby in heavy mud. Get some wet grass though and they don't do so well. Yeah, the rusty spacer will destroy your front end parts fairly quick. If you have to go on the cheap, go to boulderbars.com and get the daystar spacer kit and install it. You'll get 2-2 1/2" of lift, but you will also need new front struts and rear shocks. You can also keep watching the...- TAHOE

How do you get the chrome looking plastic rivets off the Renegade flares?

Looks good. I have only one suggestion or observation... could you have welded the flat piece to the outside of the angle making it a C channel? then you could have slid it over the top rail, then put your bolts on under the rail. Looks like you could have welded it at the same angle as he... -
Towing with lift kit
I would like to see close up picks of that hitch set up, it may just need re-adjusted. My Tahoe is a little weak in the butt, I think it's cause GM made them to be "family"- softer riding vehicles. I have no worries with 70-80# of air in the helper bags! (biggthumpup), load 'er up!!!!:D- TAHOE
