    Pictures After Boiler's Lift

Correct, stock everything in front except I swapped in the OME HD coils, Rancho strut, and a 3/8" top plate spacer plate, which I make and sell to whoever needs them.

It'll never happen to me ...

If "economy" trans fluid means they changed your transmission fluid, I'd question what they used. Might be time to do a flush and then change the filter, to get some quality fluid in there. I'm assuming an isolstor is in fact "isolator" since a and s are close on the keyboard, but it doesn't...

    home made rear spring isolator

steel ones too thick? Most plastics should be fine unless they melt. Cutting board is pretty durable. I looked into various materials for the fronts, but found aluminum to be the cheapest considering cutting. He is talking about the rear though, IIRC.

    Trobow's Lift

Just make sure you've got some weight in the back if you're using 2 extra per side in the rear. If not you'll probably be sitting 22-1/2 to 23, which can be a lot. I'm pretty sure my 23" due to that setup with no skids on yet is giving me some driveshaft vibration. Putting skids on this week...

    Trobow's Lift

FRONT: The OME Springs add a couple inches of lift, but you've still got room to grow before your CV angles and such are maxed out. The frankenlift goes beyond just the springs and has a thicker plastic piece between the bottom of the strut and the spring, basically making the spring longer...

    Trobow's Lift

Are you putting top plate spacers in front with a clevis lift, and extra isolators in the rear? I've got the top plate spacers available if you need them. http://www.jeepkj.com/forum/showthread.php?t=41755

    I ordered some tires!

$1000! Thought that sounded extreme. I looked on tire rack and they've got 245/70-R16 BFG All terrain T/A KO's for $163 each. (4 tires: $652 + $0-$30 to mount and balance, depending where you go). Place I buy my tires orders mine for me special usually, and typically is about 20-30 dollars...

    I hate winter!

Yeah I'm used to the fender / wheel well ice growth. I'm just not used to it growing all the way across the length of my door!

    I hate winter!

I think they use the salt / salt solutions places that freezing / thawing / freezing cycles are common. In the heavy snow areas it is probably a bit pointless, plus those heavy snow areas usually have less traffic than in the rust belt. Here is an example of what 4" backspacing + sand + salt...

First time Jeep owner from Ohio

I comment all the time how everyone I see in a liberty is either old, a woman, or both. Now of course if you're a woman that really is crazy about her jeep like most of us are, great! I just hate not being able to talk to people on the street about their ride. I know most of them don't know...

    Indiana callout

Since Indiana has been very slim pickin's for goings on this last year, I'm going to take the bull by the horns and try to get some people and events together. Anyone that lives in or near Indiana that would like to get PM notification on our events like meet and greets, trail runs, cookouts...

noise when wheels spin in gravel or snow????

Can someone elaborate on how traction control and ESP work? Who has these systems? I have an '05, don't have antilock brakes, didn't think I had ESP  and never even thought about having a "traction control" system. Pretty sure last year when I spun my tires nothing unexpected...
