    If you can't get the bolt out, measure it in millimeters the best you can and maybe get a couple nuts that are close, 1 will fit. Don't worry about the pitch, if you determine the diameter, it should be ok to just look for the M? part of the description. Likely sizes: DIAM X PITCH M4...

    Mcgard makes solid (no caps) lugnuts with lifetime chrome guarantee (ie: no rust) and they also make black ones. 24 will run $60-100 if you buy them 4 at a time. Not sure about sets that they have for the libby, prob cheaper. Check them out at summit or their own website.

    Do they salt the roads where you live? Mine is about 1/2 as rusty as yours and is an '05 w/ 57k miles, and has seen several salty Indiana winters. It is rusty though.

    I think this whole shifting thing is my problem with gas milage too. Unfortunately I rarely get the opportunity to drive 80 without a weekly ticket. All 55 and 60 mph on my daily drives. Will a reflash affect this speed requirement, and if so, in what way?

    You can use other shocks and struts with OME coils, which should remain available. OME makes shocks and struts which are in one of the frankenlifts. Look at All J's site for more info if you cant get rancho.

    yes. You can just use extra upper isolators. They are cheaper and it makes no difference where you add the extras. They are about half the price of lowers IIRC.
