Ok so I made some decent progress today. Got home from work and didn't feel like sleeping, so I went to play (work) on the Jeep. Wheel Lug Bolt Broken
Yes, you'll want to remove the rotor, and you'll most likely need to remove the brake shoes to have enough room. And yes an open ended nut will work also, just be careful not to damage the threads.- Snail Farmer

You'll need a new stud obviously. You can just use a hammer to knock the old one out. If you have enough room to get the new stud in with a c clamp, you can try using the c clamp and a deep socket over the stud to press it into the hub. Jeep Liberty V8 Swap Megathread
If voltage is regulated by the PCM, you can try disconnecting the alternator and starting the Jeep to rule out a problem of overcharging. But I'm wondering if the problem lies with the gauges and BCM. Do your gauges work at all? Does the BCM need to be reprogrammed?- Snail Farmer

On my third Radiator
Most aftermarket radiators are cheap china made crap. I haven't had a problem with my Napa radiator, but most on here will say go only OEM for the radiator.- Snail Farmer
