03 KJ Overheating after 30 minutes of driving. (Fixed)
Good work. If the rad was clogged, the heater core may also be partially clogged. I would back flush the heater core and see what comes out. Replacing a rad is easy, but no one wants to do a heater core. Also I'm a fan of putting in the clutch fan and shroud(with different electric fan) just...- CheddarGau

I went to Empire in Abbotsford. Not too many u-pick ones left over here since pick n pull left s fee years back, but their prices are good. Well I got a good haul from the auto wreckers. Went for a new door handle, but ended up finding a skid plate for fuel tank, that was already removed and in the back. Then my niece wants heated mirrors in hers, so we'll make that happen too. Next time I'll get the 05 fuel tank.... I want more...- CheddarGau

What did you do to your jeep today?
Did it for wifes nephew on a lexus and his light went out. I'm going to do it on my nieces liberty too. He cat is mostly working, but its efficiency isn't great until its at full operating temp. So I'll make that go out for her.- CheddarGau

bank 1 sensor 2 (blue) looks good for the Khaki jeep. Assuming the sensor is working properly that would be a sign of a bad cat. Your jeep doesn't look too bad. Blip the throttle a couple times in quick succession and see how long the patterns take to stabilize. The lower patterns don't look...- CheddarGau

That makes way more sense when you were talking about a special tool, hah! There is a special tool for that one, but you don't require one, just a pick or a little screw driver. If you use the screw driver method be careful, the springs will shoot off to a place you don't want it to..... and it...- CheddarGau

Unfortunately those lines are not supposed to come apart, it will need a replacement. They should be crimped and are not quick connect fittings. ***** because line replacement always means a bit of a mess- CheddarGau

When air care was still around, we would use a pressurized water mister, which was fed in through the intake. It would run through the combustion chambers, super heat and essentially steam clean everything. It works very well with clearing out combustion chambers, cats, O2 sensors, etc...- CheddarGau

Well the transmission issue isn't a good sign. It's possible it could be a valve body issue by the sounds of it. Almost like a pressure issue, then slams into gear when it builds enough pressure. I would suggest bringing it to a shop that specializes in transmissions.- CheddarGau
