    I'll need to do some inspecting to see if they are leaking, if not, won't bother with them.

    Planning to flush coolant system and replace the timing belt/water pump soon, the kits I see come with belt, pump, tensioner, idler, and you have a choice of bracket or no bracket. I'm guessing it's best to just get the bracket? What about cam, crank seals? Gates, Dayco, GoodYear, or other?

    Quick question on lifts. When you say 2.5" lift I assume that is over stock height? Measured wheel center to fender flare. Mine is at 18.5" now, if 19.25" is stock, would your lift then be at 21.75"?

    High mileage club

    '05 sitting at 115k right now. Let's see, so far I've changed the front wheel bearings, serpentine belt, trans and transfer case fluids, and power steering pressure hose. I need to change the rear wheel bearings and seals including the pinion seal, rear u-joints, and front struts/springs.

    I ended up removing the headlight, battery and battery box, to get at it. It has a steering cooler, but I wouldn't call it HD.

    Changed out my power steering pressure hose, and I would just like to wish the engineer that designed it, an eternity in the hottest fires of hell, standing on his head in the sewage of the other residents, with someone randomly whacking him between the legs with a ball bat!!! Why in the world...

    If you put a little shade extension beneath them, it shadows the hood. You might have to make it from a piece of flat tin or plastic and experiment a little to get it right. Basically a flat piece, bolted horizontally under the light, trim as needed. Might look stupid, :shrug: but if it works.....

    I just ordered both rear bearings and seals from Rock, $32 shipping included, and I forgot to use the 5% discount again! Timken 8835S Seals, and Timken 6408 bearings. Supposed to fit the Chrysler 8.25 that is supposed to be in the Liberty's.

    Are CV shafts supposed to be straight/level at correct ride height?

    I'm certainly glad to see that the bearing is not pressed on the axle, makes it a much easier job. I'll be doing that and the pinion seal in a couple weeks.
