Recent work done on the 04 KJ Dorman overflow tank Mevotech upper control arm on passenger side Mopar gas cap ($5 off marketplace) I noticed this tear on pcv hose, any part number i can use to get a replacement- Noclutch

Freeze plug locations, 3.7
Very inspiring! i’m going to do a coolant pressure test to confirm it is the plugs leaking and begin to devise a plan to change them. Any thing else you changed while you were in there?- Noclutch

What did you do to your jeep today?
Few weeks ago i was in a pinch and decided to borrowed the 07.KJ upper and lower coolant hoses for the 04.KJ Well today the 07 got these Dayco hoses let’s hope they hold up well. Did need to trim the lower hose to get a figment that i liked but beside that went in normally.- Noclutch

@duderz7 I put all the bolts in original orientation and boom the cam bolts went into place and now the car runs great! I do have a question are the rack and pinion mount bolts supposed to ride the rack and pinion bushing? It looks like it might be a little space between the bolt and bushing or...- Noclutch

Thanks man. I will put diff mount bolts back in original orientation and see how close I can get with the cam bolts. Also when inspecting passenger side rear wheel sound I saw that the brake shoes are literally gone, seems like that next on my never ending list.- Noclutch

Update I got the rack and pinion and steering coupler for the 04.KJ all hooked up now. I bled the power steering system and added some fresh fluid. I put the differential bolts in the other way as recommended but I’m having trouble getting the camber bolts to go in the way I took them out it...- Noclutch

Got rack and pinion today it’s a TruGrade/Endurance Rack & Pinion 64243 from of course the zone. Limited lifetime warranty let’s hope I don’t have to use it. Finally getting the chance to use the rack bushings that I had sitting for a while. Rack went in smooth only thing is the steering coupler...- Noclutch

Did rack and pinion on 04.KJ today I didn’t mind labor but when I tell you literally every inch was covered with grease EVERY single inch was covered with grease and grime on this thing. Oh well I’ll clean what I can while I wait for new rack to get here also have moog rack bushing’s on stand...- Noclutch

2004 Jeep Liberty “Jessie”
Still have a leaky radiator but I’m going to shop around for one today and put it in I have a deadline now. My recall appointment is set for November 2nd. I’ll be getting the rear lower control arms inspected and replaced, well they need no inspection they sound terrible can’t stop and go...- Noclutch
