I just replied to your other post. That's the leak detection valve in the middle photo. Not sure what you mean by vent valve - isn't that the same as purge valve? Which is up in the engine bay to the side of the battery?- Shankster

Not sure what year yours is but things may have changed a bit through the years of the KJ. The purge valve is up in the engine bay to the right of the battery. The leak detection pump should be in the rear somewhere between the gas tank and the vapor canister depending on the year. It should be...- Shankster

Another coolant leak
I haven't experienced that specific issue but I'd think you'd have to drain the system, unscrew the adapter, clean up the threads with a wire brush, goop on some pipe thread sealant and screw it back in. I've had good luck doing that with threaded coolant sensors and I just used plumbers' pipe...- Shankster

Rear Wiper Blade Assistance.
I've had the same issue on my 02 for years - held on with a zip tie for now. I may order the Mopar WBRW0011AB but it's kinda spendy for a little wiper blade that might not work. Please report back sleepydragon on whether you found one that fits.- Shankster

Not sure if this will help - I was getting a code (I forget the number) related to the evap system on my 02 and a constantly clicking solenoid (but nothing like the sound I hear from yours) - turned out the hoses around the evap canister under the rear of the vehicle were rotted out and leaking...- Shankster

Hmm, that bushing looks in good shape to me (although as discussed it could be brittle and break any time) and I doubt it's causing your issues. Also, that's a different bushing than on my 02 which has a NV242 transfer case. When you figure out which bushing I'd still replace it, but while you...- Shankster

I doubt you'll find anything. There just isn't enough demand out there for anyone to make the investment. However, I don't think you'll need them if you stick closer to 10" wide. 265-70/16 tires are about 10.5" wide (section, not tread) which will still fit within the factory wheel arches...- Shankster

I don't think that part comes with the regulator. It would be considered part of the glass. If it's removable without breaking it I'd think the only place to get one would be a salvage yard. Have you used the WO180 oil filter on the KJ 3.7?

I can't speak to that kit specifically but I googled all the individual part numbers in my previous post and everything seems to be readily available. Countless happy KJ owners are using those springs and struts together and I bet you'll save a few hundred bucks buying the individual parts...- Shankster

2005 Liberty Replacement seat covers
I think the key is to get custom covers for your specific seats. There might be a universal fit cover out there that fits well but seems unlikely. I believe the Dash Designs ones get custom made after you order them so the price is actually very reasonable when you take that into account.- Shankster

Will your factory jack do its job out on the trail?
Yep, those things rock - Trail Mater Off Road Recovery carries one of those on each of their recovery rigs. They seem to take a lickin' and keep on liftin'. I'd have one if they weren't so bulky or if I had a vehicle with more space.- Shankster

Check this video out: I guess I'm still OK with lifting my Fiat 124 (2400lb or 1090Kg) with its scissor jack but will be nervous if I ever have to use the one on my wife's Mitsu Outlander PHEV (5000lb??).
