    Seat belt (retractable) for 2006 liberty sport (drivers side)

    In several different vehicles I have found that cleaning the retracting mechanism several times with a liberal application of WD40 and blows g it out with compressed air allows the locking pendulum to swing easily and freely again.

    Very likely sticky buttons on the fob. On my KJ, you can still easily open it up and clean everything with a Q tip(s) and rubbing alcohol.

    How do you know that? That said, maybe you somehow just fried the starter itself…have you checked it by jumping from a separate battery?
