What sealed it for me was being a freezing rain storm out near Hope and a semi truck jammed on their brakes to turn into the scale.     You can try and look for a new one, but you can also just find some clean metal and sandwich it between the head of the bolt and whatever surface it should be on.

    Put on some new tires this morning before work. Tires on clearance and more than 50% off. A nice before and after. Need to make some adjustments, but only slight rubbing so far. Didn't have a chance to check it at lock since work calls.

    I'm assuming that is transmission pan? If you have no shift issues, I would carry on driving. Only way to fix that is to tear down whatever it is that it came out of and rebuild. Nothing you can do, so keep driving, monitor for shift issues (or whatever it's from) and overhaul when you start...

Honestly being in repair myself no tech wants to do a heater core if they can help it. I've saved a couple (or at least prolonged the inevitable)...

    245-70R17 Duratracs on clearance at Canadian tire FYI. They are clearing out the old ones for the new gen of them. Doesn't help the OP, but does help us in BC at least.

    Mine came with standard cooling and I added the HD package. As it turns out my electric fan wasn't working when I got the jeep so I like having a 2 fan set up.

    The HD and singal fan system both have two wires for the first couple of year. By 2005, HD and standard cooling both have 3 wire, a 2 stage fan.     I have tried several times, and I still can't get mine into their home. The day I get them in ill celebrate. All the difficult things I do on cars and can't get these in A great member from here sent them up to me from their place.
