Did i get the wrong regulator
Front regulator: Has a wide nylon clip Rear Regulator: Has a narrow nylon clip to hold the window. I can’t make my picture paste over on the ipad. Maybe you can post the part number from Rockauto?- DadOSix

2003 KJ - fail of 4wd for a short time.
Also - please be aware that just because the dash lite says you are in 4, or part time, does not necessarily mean it is so. The transfer case switch gets ‘gummy’ and the indicator is not accurate. A new mopar switch will solve this, if that is what it is. The person I got my 06 from, also...- DadOSix

low oil pressure after general inspection. KJ 2006 3.7
The engine should be warmed up - so water temp here would be 175F to about 205F. I think a new sensor should solve the oil pressure light problem.- DadOSix

Agreed with all of the above! If you run into a failure, dont just start changing parts. It is cheaper in the long run to diagnose rather than guess due to a scanner code.- DadOSix

With LibertyTc's chart, it looks like you are in range. Leaking thru the switch is likely the issue. Replace it and that should get rid of the light. Use Mopar part if you can get it. I am surprised the curb idle psi is so low on that chart.- DadOSix

Re-visiting my siren problem
Re- reading the orignal thread and this, you mention a ‘siren’ - As far as I know, the jeep KJ series used the vehicle horn to alert on the system. If you do have a siren, it seems to indicate an after-market alarm kit. If that is so, you might need to crawl under the dash and see if there...- DadOSix

The only way to tell for sure is to attach a mechanical gauge to the engine and see the actual pressure. That oil sender is just a ‘switch’ and they can send a low pressure signal at times. Perhaps the port (orifice) on the switch is plugged up or partially obstructed by oil sludge. Also...- DadOSix

6 beeps when parked
If your jeep has evic (overhead console). It may tell you. Justanswer suggests a maintenance interval needs reset. I have never had either of mine do this, so i am just spit-balling- DadOSix

Power Steering Issue
If your pump is not leaking all over the jeep, you may be drawing air in the return line, or have a leaky rack and pinion. Hard to tell on the R/P unless you peel an inner boot back. Got a lot of fluid behind the boot? That is likely it.- DadOSix

No crank no start anti theft light
Don’t forget to consider the ign switch actuator / broken pin scenario. In a nutshell - key on, lites on, no crank, but you can jump the asd and get a successful start, the broken pin is a likely suspect. The broken pin does not allow the key to turn the switch all the way to start position...- DadOSix

KK TRANSMISSION INLET AND OUTLET?
I did not think the direction of flow would matter. Is there a check valve involved somewhere? Also - I never had much faith in the ‘in rad’ coolers. They seem woefully undersized on the last one I saw when dinosaurs walked the earth and a guy could go to a radiator shoppe to get a repair...- DadOSix

3.7 2006 coil dropping out?
Wiring, internal damage, bad lifter (lash adjuster) Bad rocker. Based on your trace, I am going with wiring. These things are older than dirt and the wiring is always suspect IMO. This works well. I used on my dodge caravan. Good find Lauren! Btw - if your scan tool does not do temp, you can shoot the pan with a hand held IR therm and get real close. +- a few MM is not going to make that much difference. -
HOW TO: Change Transfer Case Position Switch
I was pressed for time when I did my last one, and did not have the o-ring seal. Found a close match in a kit of o-rings that I bought at harbor freight. Back up and running. -

04 Liberty Brake Line
Yeah, I figured you got the pre-bent. Did that on my Silverado - and some are a real booger to get there. The line is not just copper, it is a Nickel and Copper Alloy. 04 Liberty Brake Line
You may find it easier to work with NiCopp line. It is in a roll, double flares easily, and more easy to bend around and flex and mount in the clips.- DadOSix
