What Do You Regret Buying?
Like Tommudd, the first thing that popped into my head was the flowmaster. The sound is 'ok' but the front of the flowmaster quickly rusted and dang near fell off of the Jeep before I caught it. I wish I would've left the stock stainless exhaust alone and it wouldve outlasted the Jeep...- JeepJeepster

Front axle seal replacement
I think I was able to pop it right out with a seal puller. Its very easy to gouge the area around the seal and I did. I used a small file to smooth it out, no issues since.- JeepJeepster

What is this hose - 34611-B - going into the airbox?
Its part of the crank case ventilation. That particular hose lets clean air into the crank case. There should be a sponge bob inside of the air filter box.- JeepJeepster

There isn't an issue using RTV in addition to the gasket. You have a good point thats its never a good idea to use too much RTV. Headlights click off and on while driving at night.
As far as I know, the BCM controls the relay, and the switch tells the BCM what to do. But yes, I guess my switch was going bad and was messing with the BCM.- JeepJeepster

stubborn AC valve core
I cant remember if both the high and low ports had the bigger core or just one of them did, but I did use the bigger core on at least one of my ports.- JeepJeepster

Replacing front diff
What are you working on? On my 04, I was able to push the rear of the shaft (tcase end) up above the tcase and towards the rear of the Jeep so I could get the front out and down. Then it came right out. From what I understand, some years are more difficult than others. No idea what years are...- JeepJeepster

Good luck with that. Rockauto is 100% automated, there are no people to talk to. You can fill out a thing saying you got the wrong part, but you have to ship the wrong part back (on their dime) and they will ship you another once you ship that part back. Just went through this.- JeepJeepster

HELP! Is there a guide to remove A/C Evaporator?
Ive replaced 3 heater cores/evap cores in 3 different Jeeps (no KJ's yet) and its really not a BAD job. Time consuming, yes, but I try to give myself plenty of time so I can enjoy it. Often times I will stop and use the self serve spray in the middle of winter, just to get the salt off the underside. I don't spray the paint though. I know the owner of the car wash and verified they DO NOT reuse any of the water. Most car washes MUST recycle some of the water... Cant get much...- JeepJeepster

Must be different carwashes in other states. The car washes around here are no different than my garage, except they're open on both ends instead of just one.
