Removing Krazy Glue from exterior of KJ
X2 on all counts. Regular 87 octane works great for taking old tar and other crap off the paint...but use it sparingly, and definitely wash and put a good coat of wax on it afterwards- 2003KJ

Horn with auxilary switch
Talk to Bennett....for a while he had an air horn with a compressor hooked up in his KJ. I know he was trying to sell it a while back....don't know if he did or if he still has it.- 2003KJ

Ouch! Glad you walked away from it though, and sorry to hear about the Job... Hate to say it, but the ole KJ looks done to me. Looks like the rear axle's shifted a good bit (or bent), and i'd be willing to bet like Kevin said, the uni-frame is tweaked. Atleast, if your state is like mine...- 2003KJ

Seriously???? Just about any shop that has a guy who knows even the slightest bit of welding can do it. Take it to Midas or your local grease monkey and have them do it. HOW TO: Change Transfer Case Fluid
NV231 - 1.4L (2.95 pts) NV242 - 1.6L (3.4 pts) From the 2003 FSM...but it will be the same for all years as the same cases were used. -
Air Bag is on and stays on
It might be a problem with the air bag module. Have you recently jump started the Jeep? A lot of times if the battery's gone dead and it has been jumped the airbag light can come on. As far as fixing it, disconnecting the battery probably won't have an effect on it. Might have to take this...- 2003KJ

Everybody's a damn comedian.....:rolleyes::D Anyways, when I changed mine out roughly 25K ago, it didn't quite seal back up as well as I had hoped, and now has a slow leak. Bottom of the differential stays oily/dirty from every day driving, and when it sits for more than a couple of days there...- 2003KJ

Hope you got as much of the old RTV scraped off the back of the cover and the front of the diff as possible.....doesn't take much for the RTV to not seal up good, then you'll have a slow leak. Ask me how I know....:rolleyes:- 2003KJ

Maximum RPM for the Jeep V6 Engine.

First time i've seen a woody renegade, but the woody option was offered from the factory in 2004 if i'm not mistaken. At one point my dealer had a woody sport sitting on the lot. It really depends on how much you use the system. For example, I just recharged the system on a Chevy a couple of weeks ago with the automatic dual climate control.
