    I combine this with Speed Bleeders and it makes the job very easy. This mkaes quick work of swapping fluid at the track as well.

    The issue is not if the driver can see, it's if the oncoming traffic can see. I passed 8 cars this morning with HID "kits" in them and evey one of them blinded me because of the flooding of light coming from the lenses. Every car that had OEM HID, did not.

    I had the same happen after putting updated LED in the rear turnsignals. Took 3 dyas and $200 in parts to figure out it was the flasher relay. I went through 2 of them before i yanked the LED's and put in normal bulbs.

    Garmin Nuvi 1690T right next to the guage cluster hood witht the cable wedged in th egap that runs down the right side of the dash behind the steering wheels. Nothing flopping around and does not block any view ahead except for part of the hood.

    So the arc length has nothing to do with the beam pattern of the headlight housing inside the headlamp as compared to the filament of a halogen bulb? So how do you propose to fix the High/Low beam issue with a HID bulb that has only one arc point?
