I am not "short" (I'm 5'6) but my first project for my kj is adding nerf rails. It's a necessity for any girl who drives with heels. It's not easy to get in with stilettos without a little help! Lol

Oh and side rails- idk what color your jeep is. But I found black and chromed nerf side rails (3 and 4 inch varieties) for 110 to 160 on eBay motors

I found tail light guards on Amazon and eBay for about 40 bucks :)

I am not sure of how much help this will be... But most of the work you listed can be completed by you. I mean most of it isn't that difficult. I tend to leave rebuilding engines to professionals, although in all fairness, I did rebuild my 07 mustangs engine with a lot of help from YouTube...
