Actually there is no space between the BJ plate and the arm, it’s flat on. The space that you see is between the BJ plate and the metal bump stop and that is normal.

I over torque the UBJ and it broke in 2 pieces and could not find same UBJ Moog online except at Al’s :o

Or the torque wrench is not doing what it's suppose to do.

yes they do have grease fittings like this one but also please look at below link they're 2 types of lower BJ's...one is for 2002/2005 model and the other is for 2006/2007 model. http://www.car-stuff.com/mmparts/jeep-liberty/ball_joint.html

i think i now know the problem...Amazon has shipped me the 2006/2007 kj model Bj's like this attached pix and my kj is a 2005 model Bj's like the upper attached pix.

But how to install them...is there any "How To" for this please.
