Have a look at the evap canister. I had the same issue and that fixed it for me. Like you, I started by checking hoses, replacing the gas cap, etc. Then I had that checked and there it was.
I fought my tensioner bolt for years. Then I had the Jeep in for something else and asked the mechanic to take a shot at it. He said it was tough, but after he hit it with the torch a few times it finally came out. Then he put the old rounded-out bolt back in, completely forgetting the brand...
Drove to church and back in snow. Glorious snow! I did my gear oil and transfer case fluid last summer and the shift from 2WD to 4WD and back is so smooooooth. :cool:
I have a miniature galvanized trash can I use for my dog's used "bags". Much easier on trash day in the winter when it's all frozen solid.
(Not to mention that scooping it up during the walk is the only time my hand is warm, though that is a decidedly mixed blessing...) :oops:

Changed the oil pressure sensor. I also managed to drop the old one down... somewhere... and can't find it to save my life. I finally made sure it wasn't blocking anything that needed to move and gave up.

When I got my Liberty back in 2013 I used to see Commanders on the road around here all the time. I saw one about three weeks ago and I think it was the first one I had seen in at least five years. I still see plenty of Liberty's. I always liked the Commander and wished I had one myself.
