I have now made it to the gym three times in a row without needing a tow. Funny how much the little things can mean to you when you didn't have them for a while. :D
The battery is 4.5 years old and it is a good model. (They are retailing for over $400 today. :oops: ) My main problem is that before I sort of retired I worked from home. The previous batter died largely because I was never driving very much or very far and it didn't get charged on the road...
Got my Jeep back yesterday. Now they claim it is the battery. I hope they are right but I have my doubts. I went with it because I was so frustrated that I was willing to try anything. I did make it home from the gym yesterday.
All of the normal ones that briefly come on when you engage the starter.
Generally, nothing at all. Once or twice (out of dozens of tries) it's like I get the teeniest beginnings of a crank. This lasts about 1/10 of a second.
