    Oil Pressure light to Gauge.

    I would like to replace my Oil Pressure Idiot Light with an Oil Pressure Gauge. I have seen members talking about running hoses from the engine to the gauge for manual gauges. I was wondering if I can attach an electronic gauge to the wires that go to the warning light. Any ideas?
