The soft flexible lines aren't an issue. On the rack and pinion itself are 2 hard lines, similar to brake lines. One is spraying because of corrosion.

My vote is a ujoint as well. The bind up and usually at a lower RPM provide enough resistance to cause the rumble. If you can find the exact RPM and speed it'll feel like it's constant and gets stronger and weaker in waves.

My 07 KJ has a rack and pinion hydraulic transfer tube line spraying power steering fluid all over.
Is this tube the same on the 06-07 KJ as it is on the 02-05? The only ones I can find are for the earlier version of the KJ. The rack and pinion also have different part numbers but look...
I know this thread is kind of old but I have an 07 KJ with the same issue. The rack and pinion is a different part number and the lines aren't listed. Anyone know if these would fit the 06-07 models?
