Any word on the 4.0 engine ? I saw one report saying it was available . but the dealer said that there was no new 4.0 motor only the 3.7 ? do we have an option?

I'm hoping that we will see a V-8 available in 2009 . I'll trade my 2008 Liberty for it . I would love to have that option

Can the dealer recode the 2008 liberty to have its outside mirrors tilt when backing up so you can see the curb better? This features available on the SRT 8 Grand Cherokees

Does anyone know why the cigarette/plug adapter does work when you remote start the Jeep. It seems such a good item to have your Liberty running with the doors locked so you can recharge your cell phone safely. Could the dealer reflash the code to allow the plug to work?

my u-connect went out, it just quit working, my dealer had to re-install it . It works perfect again

Does anyone know the difference between the 3.7 and the 4.0 on the 2008 liberty vs the Nitro motor? I'd like to find out how to beef up my 3.7 any ideas. I'm looking for a CAI or K&N filter any other thoughts?

For my 2008 liberty I bought 2008 Dodge Nitro r/t 20 inch rims, put 255 on instead of the 245 and then bought srt 8 jeep center jeep caps and took out the dodge rams caps, so it looks like the factory 20 inch jeep rims now. I've had lots of great comments on the setup
