No it's not a trans sensor problem.
Follow the speed sensor wiring from top of rear diff upwards looking for broken wire..
It's all one assembly, #8 but it may be a connector issue as well? Part 21 is just the nut.

Fuel rail has a schrader valve, out comes a fuel pressure gauge & key on..any pressure?

Yes check on your coil packs for the o-ring seal to be present.
Use compressed air to blow away any moisture as well.
I use a Mobil 1 filter M1-209 and fill it half full before installing it.
For oil I use 5w-30 Maxlife which meets ILSAC-GF5.
It has conditioners...
