Has the transmission ever been serviced before with new fluid & filter? Is the ATF +4 fluid clean, smell burnt at all on dipstick ? The 42RLE may need a bit more fluid added especially on steep hills. I installed a deeper PML aluminum transmission pan which helps to keep things much cooler as...- LibertyTC

I would stay away from Napa Calipers due to a sloppy fitment. Shop found Raybestos Front New Calipers & fit perfectly !! Back on the road again. :)- LibertyTC

The saga continues. Had it towed to a shop. Apparently Napa Canada calipers do not fit correctly on the mounting brackets, sloppy fit. Shop searching for Raybetos calipers. Wish me luck !- LibertyTC

On a trip away from home, when suddenly the left front caliper slowly seized up with a smoke show. Not a good day. For every thing else..There is Mastercard..:( :eek: Jeep= Just empty every pocket.- LibertyTC

Serpentine belt tension ?
The Mopar tensioner assembly automatically adjusts the belt. Check belt alignment and look for wear on outer edges. I would try a new EPDM serpentine belt. You may need a new tensioner ?- LibertyTC
