Error codes

I am not sure about the electric fan and haven't checked it while the temp is up. The AC does not work by the way. So the temp rise happens even without the AC not running. Already did. The newest one showing is the P0100 code. There are other two codes - P0031 and P0032 that has been there for almost 2 years now. I believe those two are related to the O2 sensors. Strangely, this happened after someone cut off the cables connecting the O2 sensors to the body...- kent456
