Me again Just did mine yesterday and I used a small cheap pencil type soldering iron and reached in and melted the plastic into small enough pieces to get out the hole. That said be careful that you do not melt a hole through the lens . Worked great .

Same thing happened to me on my 05 I am going to try and reach in there with some pliers and see if I can remove the plastic piece maybe bust it up in small enough pieces to remove it .

I did not rplace the Tensioner or the idler or the water pump just the timing belt as I did not plan on keeping the car at the time. It took me and a friend who is a mechanic one afternoon to do it about 5 hours start to finish... Laterz Ken

I just did mine on my 2005 2.4 and used a pair of vice grips to hold the cams in proper position and made sure I double checked to make sure they did not move before reinstalling every thing. Only had one wee bolt left over .... Ken

I resolved the problems with the fuel gage by by buying a Diagnostic tool and clearing the codes. Got over 100 miles on this tank of gas and no problems so far. Laterz all Ken
