Wow. We have an 07 Libby with the 3.7 and 6-speed stick. It gets 18-19 MPG, city, highway, or combined. And it has since it was new.

My experience with our 2007 Libby is that the rear suspension is wonky. I have replaced the upper control arm twice, due to the infamous "death wobble". Also I had the lower control arms replaced under the recall. While you are at it, get the trailer hitch installed, it is free due to recall also. ;

Same here on the wedge. I also used Steiger's kit for the first window I did. After that I found an identical kit on Amazon for much less money. But like you said, it has been 10 years since I did the first one and it is going strong.

If this is the usual Liberty window issue, it will happen again. The stock design is horrible. There is an upgrade kit available, for all 4 windows. Here is fleabay link, but I think Amazon has them also: https://www.ebay.com/itm/202765803642

For a final update, it is still running great, and the check engine light finally went out this morning. :signs1:

We just put a battery in it last month. In fact now it gives off 5 beeps when you turn it off, which it never used to do! I understand these trucks do have some aural alarm issues. :whymewhyme:

Ok, so started to change the sparkplugs. I pulled the coil out from #4, and realized I need a longer extension to get to the spark plug. After many bad words were said, I put it back together, I started it up, and it ran perfectly. I still need to clear the check engine light, but it is idling...

Just got the codes read, it is a #4 cylinder misfire. Going to change the spark plugs first. Then wires.

Ok, our 2007 Liberty suddenly started running rough, misfiring when cold. After driving for 5 minutes or so it runs normally. The check engine light is on mostly steady, but flashed a few times. Also we got the "rotten egg" smell from the catalytic converter while it was running rough. The...
