Found it. The squeak is coming from the top of the strut assembly. I guess I will be pulling them and verifying the nuts are tight on to struts.

Hear the squeak on every bump. OME lift with 790 front springs, jba strut and clevis spacers. Yes weight was on wheels when tightening the upper and lower a arms. All the ball joints are new and greased. Installed everything about 5 months ago and started squeaking about a month after install...

New JBA upper control arms, all new bushings installed in lower control arms, new bushings on sway bar. The squeak is driving me crazy. Already greased sway bar bushings. Suggestions

Seth, I live in Arizona and we have to due emissions tests. I have the GDE eco tune and get through with it. If I install stage 1 & 2 do you think I would still pass the emission test? Thanks

I took tommudd's suggestion on sticking with 16X7 wheels. Ended up getting Enkei SR6 wheels with a 38mm offset and 245/75R16 Goodyear DuraTrac's. I think they look pretty good.

So I got my wheels and tires installed today. They fit great.

Took your advice and sent back wheels and tires. Am going with a stock fitment on the wheel 16X7 with 5.5bs and 245/75R16's. Thanks for the help, did not want to deal with the rub.

I know the pinch welds have not been hammered in yet. I just could not find any narrower wheels I liked. Did not want the MOAB's, seems like everyone is running them.
