Fuel issue HELP
It wont throw any codes. I have used starting fluid in fuel injected engines several times without any issues. If you ran it like that for an extended period of time I could see it hurting it but I doubt 30 seconds of starting fluid would trash an engine- dudekwm

I am sure its not getting enough fuel. I should start with it ran fine before The fuel pump failed. So I must have done something wrong with the install. What would cause the pressure to be low? anything I could have done wrong? It was fine after I droped the tank and fixed it the 2nd time for 5...- dudekwm

Fuel issue HELP
Someone please help. I can keep missing work over this thing. It now idles fine and if you feather the throttle it will accelerate somewhat normally but if you nail the throttle it bogs out and stauls if you hold it down- dudekwm

And an update, I runs now, but the idle is rough and dose all kinds odd shit when you try to drive it. It does stay running though. It kinda boggs out when you hit the throttle hard. When I play with the ''Charge Air Temperature Sensor'' it cleans up. Like when I unplug it it would clean up then...- dudekwm

Fuel issue HELP
Thats exactly what happend. I fixed it and put a better clamp on it, put it back together and let it idel for 15 min I hit the throttle and it stauled out. I disconnected the fuel line from the fuel rail and its deffeinatly getting fuel. I put a little gas in the air intake and it ran for 10 min...- dudekwm

:thumbsdown: I have a 2006 jeep liberty sport 3.7. I had the fuel pump go bad yesterday, it wasnt running and I couldnt hear the pump.
