The top plates of the Frankie look almost identical to the plates that came in the BDS lift. They aren't powder coated though.

I personally would recommend the crank and cam position sensors. When mine went, the Jeep would crank until I drained the battery but no start. Once the sensors were replaced it fired right up. It did throw a CEL when they went bad. The bang/clunk you heard from the engine before things went...
