Well my problem is I am recently seperated and paying out more in bills and child support than I am bringing in so cheap is the only way for me to go for now.

I'm not sure yet. My cousin owns a garage and has an arrengment with a guy who deals with "take off" tires. Last set I got still had the little rubber hairs on them and I paid $65 for each. Sad to say I am at the mercy of his stock.

From the limited experience I have working with the Libertys I noticed the thermostat is one of the only ones I have installed that is backward from all the other ones. The spring part goes into the block. Is there a remote possibility that it was done in reverse here?

I have an 03 and an 05, only have that issue with the 05. I put the nozzel in and clip it open and when it kicks off I get a splash out every time.
