Working around the fuel tank was a big issue, but that is solved. Before i stsrt drilling holes I didnt want to hit anything unexpected between the floor pad and the floor pan. Anybody seen under the floor pad? Anything to watch out for? Thanks!- Bobd254

I took a bus sest, shortened the back and the legs.. It fits in the back of the KJ. The plan is to use this out on the beach this weekend. Kids will fit but not adults. My question is... Did you check the 50Amp fuse , #15 under the hood. To see if this has power on both sides? If this has power , then you have to go back to the low beam relay and check power and grounds. With ignition on and lowbeams on or off, pin 30 should have 12+ coming from the 50 amp fuse . When the...- Bobd254

Disregard this if you know how to test the circuits! Probably the easiest way to test the circuits is with a simple 12V test light . In this case you're testing for 12 volts, so hook the clip to a good negative/ground. Turn the low beams on Check both sides of the #4 and #5 fuses for power. If...- Bobd254

OK, I got the HD shroud in the mail , I ordered a cooling fan to fit in the big shroud and recieved a 2 wire single speed fan. Of course my 04 had the 3 wire fan..... Oh , OK, so take the fan off the original small shroud, and reattach it to the larger one . I'll think about splitting the new fan shroud to make mounting easier as noted by some earlier posts- Bobd254

I hadn't really looked at the fan closely , but looking at it now, it seems that the HD shroud will just flt up against the engine side of the current fan/fan holder assembly- Bobd254

Thanks for the link /parts fiche- I ordered the shroud. With the PML transm pan, do you need a different filter due to increased depth, I'm guessing with more fluid the level comes up to the filter .- Bobd254
