With my lights on: when I shut off the car and proceed to kill the lights, they still stay on (even though the switch is in the off position) so I have to turn on the parking lights and turn them back off in order to make the lights go off. It doesn't do this if I turn off my lights before...

I found a 05-06 Liberty bracket on ebay. Its a factory item. Will this fit my 03 or has the bumper's shape changed with the face-lift? - alex

My KJ is a 2003, I bought it used. The car came from PA, and I don't believe they are required to have a front plate down there. Thanks for the replies so far, I'll check if I can find the universal mount at NAPA. - alex

Hey all! I'm still pretty fresh to the Jeep thing, I've only had my KJ for about a month. Loving it so far but it is now time to register the car. NH requires a front plate to be mounted. My KJ is a Limited so my bumpers are painted and it didn't come with pre-drilled holes for the front...
