I figured it out it was that part actuator. Thanks agin every one. I wanted to be a mechanic and was till 1988 when computer stuff really started coming out. I hate messing with this newer stuff every time something happens i think computer problem this time it wasnt.

Yes the dash lights come on . I am going to pull the actuator out today. I think i will sell this jeep if i get it going agin. Thanks every one i will keep you posted.

When you turn the key nothing happens but you push the relay it spins the engine over but it wont start and run.I took the cover off the relay and pushed the contact while the key was in the run . It turned over but didnt start. I wonder if the other key both have chips made the jeeps computer...
