blown water pump?

so my wifes libby has the mech pump and the fan is all wobbly and i cant really see where the coolant is comin from but the coolant is all over the engine and ground, it dont look like its any rad lines and i could see coolant gettin thrown around by the fan when i was just lookin at it, does this sound like the problem is the water pump?

So you have a crank driven cooling fan? If so then it is likely the seal is gone in the wp, because of the "wobbly" fan.

thats what im thinkin but ive never had to do any work to the wifes kj yet so im just trying to figure it out before i start takin crap apart

If the liberty has the 7yr-70k mile warranty it will be covered under that with a $100 deductible.

Dont forget to check the radiator really good. The plastic sides on it will crack sometimes. If the bearings are shot on the water pump its probably it though.

Yea, check that first. If you do it yourself, it only takes the HOAT.....G05 coolant.......nothing elce.

just wanted give yall an update, i got the water pump and its runnin great now thanks for the help
