Mystery fuse box location

I have no low beams, and have found several fuse box locations online showing the #4 lowbeam relay, but this location does not exist on my vehicle. I have one underhood location, one location on left end of the dashboard, and another location under the dash, behind the other fusebox.

I'm not sure what your attachment is meant to show but, you are right about the fuse boxes (although I was unaware of the 3rd one you mention.) However, according to both the drivers' & service manuals "The headlamp low beam relay is located in the Junction Block (JB) on the driver side instrument panel end bracket" Unfortunately, there is no info. as to its position.
