Theres a video on YouTube of a girl popping them out like its nothing with a crowbar and reinstalling them in under 10 minutes
I've seen a few videos like that myself, though the girl didn't usually use a crowbar... :893karatesmiley-thu

Jason, I'm going to email you a series of photos and I want you to tell me if it seems like anything is wrong. Tom, if I can email you as well that'd be nice. I'm seeing something and I'm thinking they really messed my KJ up.
And might I add that they also kept trying to blame it on the alignment guy. I'm still on stock shocks and springs.
Just sent them! I found the problem. The spring isn't even sitting on the upper spring perch (or whatever the technical name of it is) correctly. End of the coil isn't in the divot.

What did they do to that top plate and why ?
Looks like someone was trying to weld on it or ??
And yes they did not seat the spring in there correctly, couldn't they see that
Don't see how the shock is not bent by now, ya know
Completely unrelated to the suspension thread but, I'm thinking of buying 16x8 0 offset pro comp Stryker wheels. Are they decent? Or should I just stick to the 16x8 soft 8's I was originally going to buy
The shop told me they welded the stud heads to the new top hat so they wouldn't work their way loose.
Also, I just forwarded the email to you Jason

Seriously, if you brought that to me to repair I would toss everything and start over with good parts
Oh yeah first things first the lift is being straightened out first. Was just wondering for future reference
Definitely sorting the suspension out first. And yes it came with separate top hats to press the studs into. They said they welded them on the bottom side as a precaution.
0 offset would set it flush with the fender or half an inch out. Which is where I want it. I know itll put stress on ball joints and whatnot but that's just par for the course. I'm planning on doing some bumper trimming.
I'll email you and Tom some pictures of the KJ if you want to post them here since I cant. So you can see wheel gap and all that goof stuff
Thank you! Light bar is going away soon. I'm going to mount 2 KC or PIAA lights there instead. Lightbar was a dumb mistake. Has cause more issues than expected. Actually failed and caused a fire in the cab. Had to replace the kick panel on the drivers side. Have factory fogs coming in too. Since mine had the lenses melted off of them (don't ask lol)
