Start with the spark plugs, use NGK ZFR6F-11G and set gap at .040 inch. Get new plugs installed every 35k miles, if you have not done them already.
Consider all new Mopar coil packs as a tune up item at 190k miles, if they have not been replaced.
Spark knock can also be related to bad gas, low octane & carbon build ups, dirty injectors.
I'd try to go to wallmart get 2 bottles of Chevron Techron concentrate add that to the highest ocatane you can find.

Then take the jeep for a good long hwy rip, to the rev limiters a few times up steep hills, and see how the jeep runs then.
